1. Will my blanket gift arrive in time?

Our woven blankets are made to order. Once we receive your order, our design team will begin preparing your design within 4 to 8 hours before sending the final design file to our production partner.

Production usually takes 1 to 5 business days, followed by approximately 2 to 8 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Most orders arrive within about 6 to 7 business days after being placed. However, delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays. For weddings, anniversaries, and other special occasions, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

2. Where will my order be shipped from?

Our woven blankets are shipped from our production partner in Hendersonville, North Carolina, USA.

3. Do you offer gift messages or gift boxes?

Because our woven blankets are produced and fulfilled by a production partner, we are currently unable to include gift messages or gift boxes.

Each blanket is securely packaged according to the shipping carrier’s standards. We are working closely with our production partner to offer more gifting options and an even better customer experience in the future.

4. Will pricing information be included in the package?

No. Pricing information is never included in the package, so you can send your gift directly to the recipient.

5. Are the Blankets woven or printed?

Woven! We take pride in the fact that every design is crafted from thousands of interwoven threads on state-of-the-art Jacquard looms. Unlike printed blankets, our pieces are intricately woven to create a high-quality, intricate design that celebrates the timeless artistry of weaving.

6. What are the Woven Blankets made of?

Our woven blankets are made from 100% premium sustainably sourced cotton. Every throw has at least 8 miles of yarn that is intricately woven on our jacquard looms to create your stunning design.

7. Is the Woven Blanket design reversible?

The reverse side of a woven throw features the inverse of the colors on the front, creating a striking, mirrored effect. It's always a cool sight to see the colors inverted! However, rest assured, these throws have a clear "right side up," so you'll always be able to enjoy the image in its intended form on the front.

8. Will the colors be exactly like the image I see online?

No, but we have a good reason why...For a woven blanket, we transform digital art into a woven throw created from a fixed palette of yarn colors, not printed ink. This process results in slightly lower saturation and a unique, textured appearance that celebrates the artistry of weaving.

9. Can I wash & dry my Woven Blanket like normal?

Yes, our woven blankets love a good bath! All of our woven blankets are pre washed and dried (therefore pre-shrunk) so you can launder them as normal, we recommend washing on cold and drying on low. We find that the blankets get softer with every wash!

10. What's your refund policy?

Most of our products are personalized and made to order so most of the time we can't offer returns and exchanges unless the items that you receive are not what you expected. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction guarantee so please reach out to us if there's issues with your order!
